How to use

1. Check that the dropper is intact before use.
2. Adults, the elderly and children over 1 year: tilt head sideways with the affected ear facing upward.
3. Using the dropper, place 2–3 drops of oil at room temperature into the ear and gently massage around the outside.
4. Keep the head tilted for a few minutes to allow the oil to reach the eardrum.
5. Repeat in the other ear if needed and wipe away any excess oil.
6. Use twice daily for up to 7 days. Children under 5 should be treated under medical supervision.
7. Store the dropper in the bottle after use and discard product 3 months after opening.
