At LloydsPharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, and include your printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection via our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
