How to use

1. Charge both handles fully before first use by placing them on the charging base in turn.
2. Attach a brush head securely to each handle.
3. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the brush head.
4. Wet the bristles slightly, then place the brush head against your teeth before switching on.
5. Select your preferred brushing mode using the power button.
6. Guide the brush slowly from tooth to tooth, allowing the round head to cup each tooth in turn — do not scrub.
7. When the timer pauses at 30 seconds, move to the next quadrant of your mouth.
8. After the full 2 minutes, switch off and rinse the brush head under running water.
9. Replace each brush head every 3 months or when the indicator bristles fade from green to yellow.
